- Your PDF patterns are accessible in your account see our article about How to Access PDF Patterns
If you ordered paper patterns:
- Look in your inbox for a shipment confirmation email or go to your Order History to locate the tracking link: https://jalie.com/sales/order/history
- If your order is still processing, remember that we ship orders within 1-2 business days and that we ship from Canada (delays are 3 business days or more for shipments going outside Quebec/Ontario).
- If you are in Quebec or Ontario, your order shipped via Purolator and you should have a tracking number in the order confirmation
- If you are in the US and your order shipped via UPS, you can see a tracking link in your order shipment confirmation. If the link does not work it means it was shipped via Chit Chats (see next bullet)
- If you are in other Canadian provinces or outside Canada, your order shipped via a third party called Chit Chats. The tracking link you will see in your order confirmation will not work, but you can copy-paste it here: https://chitchats.com/tracking
- If you are outside Canada, your order shipped via Asendia. The link in your shipment confirmation will work. Please note that Asendia hands packages over to local mail so you will see, on the Asendia website, a USPS tracking number that you can also use on your national postal service website.
